It captures biogenic CO2 at Danish biogas plants and stores it under the Danish North Sea with INEOS at Greensand, holding a contract from the Danish state's NECCS fund for negative emissions. Reported volume is around 50,000 tonnes a year, with sources differing on whether storage began in 2025 or 2026. The company is listed here for its Danish sites; its headquarters and part of its work are in the United Kingdom and outside the scope of the CRCF. BioCCS is an adopted CRCF methodology, no CRCF certification is confirmed for this project yet.
