Carboneg
Carboneg Group s.r.o.
Regenerative agriculture across Czechia and Slovakia, registered in the Regen Registry as the Czech-Slovak Soil Carbon Project. Farmers move to no-till, cover crops, diverse rotations, compost and regenerative grazing, and soil organic carbon is measured in lab-analysed samples at fixed GPS points rather than modelled from satellite data. The project covers 24,238 hectares in total, of which 18,438 hectares across 89 farms, 60 in Czechia and 29 in Slovakia, are covered by the first verification; the company confirmed that reading on 16 October 2026. BeZero rates the project A.pre, shown on the registry page, and the company names Newt Natural Capital as the verification body. No credits have been issued yet: the Regen project page showed issued, for sale, tradable and retired all at zero on 16 October 2026. The company states 160,373 tonnes removed across vintages 2022 to 2026, of which 128,298 are issuable and 109,029 would be available for sale, with the first issuance on Regen planned for early November 2026. Earlier buyers named in Czech trade press are O2 and Deloitte. The company also runs programmes outside the EU, in Ukraine and Chile among others, which are outside CRCF scope. The CRCF methodology for mineral soils was adopted on 10 July 2026 and is not yet in force.

The developer has checked this profile and supplied part of its content. That is a separate question from the status above, which says how well the CRCF claim is evidenced and is not independently verified by CRCFProjects. No project holds a CRCF certificate yet, and the first units are expected in 2027.
